Pose a question to the world — head-to-head, yes/no, multiple choice, true/false, a date, or a number range. No account needed to read; one is needed to publish.

Everyone answers before they see anything. Nobody is anchored by a number that is already winning, so the count stays honest.

Trust
A count is only worth as much as the verification behind it
Four checks stand between a question and its result. None of them is facial recognition, and none of them is theatre.
Network check
Traffic from VPNs, proxies, datacentres and Tor is refused at sign-up, so a single actor cannot rotate exit nodes into a majority.
Phone verification
A one-time code sent to a real phone number. One number can back one account — see the SMS section below for exactly what we send.
Device signals
A device fingerprint recorded at registration, so mass account creation from one machine is visible rather than invisible.
Human challenge
A lightweight challenge that proves a live human is present. It proves liveness, not uniqueness — and we say so plainly.

One text message, and only when you ask for it
QMetra operates a single messaging programme: an account-verification passcode, sent at your request. There is no marketing list, no newsletter and no recurring send.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

FAQ
Straight answers
- Why do I have to answer before I can see the result?
- Because seeing the count first changes the count. If you know one side is at 70%, your answer is no longer only yours. Answering first is what makes the number worth reading.
- Is my answer anonymous?
- Yes. Votes are stored with no link back to your account. The identity record used for verification lives in a separate, sealed store that is never publicly readable, and the vote itself carries no account reference.
- Why do you need my phone number?
- It is one of the four checks that keep a count defensible. It is used to send a one-time verification code at sign-up and to keep one account per number. It is never used for marketing and never sold or shared.
- Is this a scientific poll?
- No, and we will never present it as one. QMetra reports raw counts of verified responses. There is no demographic sampling, no weighting and no extrapolation to a wider population.
- Can someone make more than one account?
- It is possible today, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. The four checks make it costly and visible rather than trivial. True one-person-one-vote needs facial verification, which is on the roadmap.
- Can I use QMetra right now?
- QMetra is in private beta while verification is finalised. Public sign-up opens soon — write to [support email address — pending] if you would like to hear when it does.
