GDPR & European Privacy Addendum

This GDPR & European Privacy Addendum supplements the QMetra Privacy Policy and applies to individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and other jurisdictions where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, or similar European data protection laws apply.

QMetra is operated by QMetra LLC, an Indiana limited liability company based in the United States.

1. Applicability

QMetra is a U.S.-based social polling platform. QMetra does not specifically target or market its services to individuals in the European Union or European Economic Area. However, because QMetra may be accessible from European jurisdictions, this Addendum explains the rights that may apply to users located in those jurisdictions.
